1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using camridgeventures.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept every part of the Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

CAM Ridge Ventures (“CRV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. OUR SERVICES

The Site provides information and forms that allow you to:

• Submit property details if you wish to sell an RV park or related asset.

• Apply to join CRV’s buyer network.

• Apply to join CRV’s partner network.

• Learn about our company and the owner’s story.

We reserve the right to add, change, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site or Services at any time without notice.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or real-estate brokerage advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making any decisions.

6. PROPERTY SUBMISSIONS

If you submit information about a property:

• You represent that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share the information for evaluation and due-diligence purposes.

Submission does not obligate CRV to make an offer or complete a transaction.

7. BUYER AND PARTNER NETWORKS

Applying to join either network does not guarantee acceptance. CRV may approve, deny, or later remove any applicant in its sole discretion and without liability.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Disrupt or interfere with the Site’s security or operation.

• Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to CRV and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use CRV’s trademarks or other proprietary material except as necessary to use the Site as intended.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. CRV is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CRV MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRV WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CRV, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of (a) your use of the Site or Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections 5, 8–13, 15, and 16 will survive any termination.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CRV regarding the Site and supersede all prior communications.
